Our training is based on the B.E.S.A. Power Skating Method – Balance · Efficiency · Speed · Agility and is led by coaches with extensive experience in international youth, national team and professional hockey – including talent development within the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation (SIHF) and national team programs of the German Ice Hockey Federation (DEB).
The B.E.S.A. principles form the foundation of our skating development and are integrated throughout SISM Hockey’s year-round training programs.
