Compex On-Ice Testing
COMPEX has been a partner of SISM Hockey for the Arosa Power Skating Camp since 2021. At this intense skating camp, it’s important to pay close attention to recovery. That’s why COMPEX sets up the recovery zone in Arosa. The best players in the respective tests in 2023 will each receive a valuable Compex device from Compex.
Compex specializes in electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) for athletic performance and recovery. In the Arosa Compex Recover Zone, recovery after training is accelerated by stimulating the muscles with targeted electrical impulses. The stimulation helps increase blood circulation.
In testing, the players are compared with the top cracks from the NHL. After the test, they know what their strengths and weaknesses are and how talented they are. The best player in each test will receive a valuable Compex device worth several hundred francs
